ITOOJA · TERMS

Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms describe the rights and responsibilities of 주식회사 앱필 (the Company) and people using itooja.com for learning, account management, local information and community activities.

2. Definitions and scope

A member is a person who completes registration with the required agreements. Services include lessons, practice tests, explanations, progress reports, travel and local information, community features and inquiries. These terms also cover new subjects. Separate lawful terms for a particular feature are presented when that feature is used.

3. Publication and changes

These terms are available from registration and the site footer. Changes are announced with their reason and effective date. Important or unfavorable changes allow a reasonable review period and require separate agreement where the law requires it. Silence or an earlier agreement is not a substitute for such consent. A member who does not accept a change may request account closure.

4. Registration and information

Accounts are currently for users aged 14 or older. Successful registration activates the account without separate administrator approval. Use accurate information and keep your contact email current; request help through the contact below if it needs correction. Impersonation, false information or disruption may lead to a request for correction or proportionate restrictions.

5. Account protection

Keep your ID and password secure and do not transfer or share the account. Report suspected unauthorized use promptly and log out on shared devices. The Company remains responsible for its own legally attributable acts; account-security obligations do not shift all responsibility to the member.

6. Service availability

Learning services are currently free. Maintenance, outages or security measures may interrupt availability. The reason and recovery information are provided where reasonably possible. Any separate paid offering must state the price, scope and applicable terms before purchase; free learning does not itself create a purchase or payment obligation.

7. Learning and reference information

Exercises, feedback and practice results support study and are not official test results or guarantees of admission or improvement. Content marked as original is not an official past paper. Verify current admissions, travel or provider information with the relevant institution before making decisions. Report suspected errors through the contact below.

8. Content rights and public posts

Users retain rights to their own contributions. Submission allows display and technical processing needed for the requested community service, not transfer of ownership or unlimited unrelated advertising use. Respect others’ copyright and privacy. Educational use does not automatically permit copying third-party material. Public contributions may be viewed or copied by others.

9. Prohibited conduct and restrictions

Do not impersonate others, access systems without permission, spread malicious code, publish unlawful or infringing information, spam or disrupt service. Restrictions should be proportionate. Except where urgent protection requires immediate action, reasons and an opportunity to respond are provided. Reports and objections should identify the content or action and the reason.

10. Privacy and communications

Personal information is governed by the privacy policy and applicable collection notices. Registration does not grant blanket consent to marketing, third-party disclosure or overseas transfers. Necessary account or service notices may be sent to the registered contact. Additional voice or AI processing requires its own lawful basis and applicable notices before use.

11. Closure and rights

Request account closure or deletion at infodesk@appfeel.net. Necessary identity checks and lawful record retention follow the privacy policy and applicable law. Identify public posts you also want reviewed for removal. Account closure does not guarantee deletion of copies held by third parties.

12. Responsibility and disputes

Advertised or linked services are operated independently, but this does not remove the Company’s own legal obligations. Free access does not waive liability imposed by law, including for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Disputes are first discussed in good faith; unresolved matters follow applicable dispute-resolution and jurisdiction rules, without waiving mandatory user protections.
